Miao in the Sauna

Having sauna is fun. It makes you sweat but relax your body at the same time..

one thing different with the sauna I’m having is…

I’m having it in my office -.-|||

.

Thanks to my company’s new policy, the air-conditioner is off twice in the afternoon.Β In what purpose, I have no idea, some say save cost and some say the office is too cold. :/

I can’t find the real meaning behind it as Β they could just changed the air con’s temperature warmer if the office is too cold which they already did (25C) =.= and as far as I know switching the air con on and off doesn’t save energy/cost either.. T3T

Maybe I should bring my own fan to work later πŸ˜›

  2. well, they shd just don switch on the aircond in the morning (morning use to be very cold) then switch on at noon. well bring ur own USB fans or manual fan/ battery fan. =]

gonna go buy some fans these days!

  3. turning off the ac like that will raise the electric cost more than saving. reason being, it uses less power to maintain that temp, than to bring the whole area to that temp AGAIN.

    That’s the thing T3T

  4. LOL. Your boss see this post… what will he say? And whose idea is this anyway? You also got right to complain too hot πŸ™‚

  5. lol.. the company is trying to save cost which ended up all the employees suffer..

Employees in my company doesn’t worth anything to them

  6. 25C… =.=” Might as well just open the windows and turn on the fan.

Info: Turning the a/c on and off can sometimes cause more electricity to be used. If you have the centralised system, you can tell your aircon man to modify the switches so that you can turn off the compressor(s) and just have the air blower unit(s) on. That way, you save electricity by a bit and still feel comfortable.

  10. lol, cutting out usage of papers and turning off aircon have become latest trend in most companies now. Management level always manage to come out nice slogan to support it… actually they want to cut cost… FC beside me always mumble how to cut cost without look kiam or too obvious… hahahahaha

    Reply:
The managers have their own air con in their own rooms and switch to the fullest tho.. :/
Some times I went in there to steal some air XD

  11. Kononnya save cost but actually it will cost more if keep switch on and off. Meow..nvmla…just treat it as sauna which can reduce some fat

Reply: but I already very thin T3T..

  12. Put it to constant 25 Celsius degree will do a lot to save cost already. That’s what the Hong Kong government buildings are practicing.

    Reply:
    They should practise that T3T

  13. =.= off and on the air con cost more… coz it more power to cool the area then to maintain the temp at 25-26 degree…somemore it’ll make u sick…
